THE GALLERY: Happy Birthday Baby Boy

The Gallery this week has a great theme within a theme, as Tara is taking a leaf from Blip Foto (whereby photography lovers take and upload a photo per day for a year, can be anything they like), and has asked us to randomly capture a photo from today, the 29th August 2010.

Now, thats a really great day for me, as it just so happens to be Littlest's 2nd Birthday today. And for a boy who nearly never made it home from hospital (more about that here) its always just that little tiny bit extra special to see how far he's ome from then.

So, for my entry, here is Littlest, on his second precious birthday.

He got hold of the Dips from his birthday tea! He's a little scamp so the picture illustrates that perfectly.

THE GALLERY: Two Things I'm Proudest Of.

And no, one of them is not my blog. Hell no. I actually hate the bloody thing, and blogging at the moment, but I'm past even bothering to comment on the state we all find ourselves in. I have literally been in my room this morning, crying my heart out, feeling sick and well, enough's, enough. I am not the most stable person mentally. I'm not ashamed to admit that I suffer with depression, and I am Bi Polar. And you know when things are getting so out of control that you find yourself jumping at your other half cos you're just so shaky? Well, it's causing upsets at home too.  And that's the cut off point for me. If people want to bully, or bitch or what have you. Then no matter what a few of us say, it wont stop. And continuing to do posts about it, all of us, its not going to go away. There are positives in blogging, I'm not completely blinkered. I get to talk to some amazing people, and do amazing things. My kids literally think the Postman brings them toys and things all the time cos he does that to other kids too. I love the way some of you crack me up.

Anyhow, thats it, just to say this is my Gallery Entry for this week, and the theme is "A Picture You Are Proud of".

I LOVE MY BABIES XXX

These two are my life. They are my reason for being, not some stupid page or pages on the internet. They need a Mummy who is happy. Not one who is upset and anxious at what she writes. Whats meant to be something she enjoys. They love me no matter what faults I may have, or things I can't do. They look up to me for guidance. 

And I want to be able to give them the right guidance. Not be a flake.

THE GALLERY: Playtime

Here's my entry for THE GALLERY this week, which the theme of is PLAYTIME. 

Well, this weekend (bar the sleeping in the tent with no airbed) felt like one big playtime, so I've chosen a picture from the festival itself

THE GALLERY: MOTHERHOOD (A before and After View)

Oh yes, its THE GALLERY week, ah, hmm, sorry I have forgot due to my useless nature, but this time there's a bit of a twist, as Tara will be showing these at Cybermummy!

Now, I may not know what week it is, but luckily I know the theme, which is MOTHERHOOD.

I went through quite a few picture option- me pregnant with either of the Tots, me lying looking like Night of the Living Dead shortly after Mini was born, or even sitting next to Littlest in SCBU (which I thought was a bit sucky actually to Mini, as Motherhood is hard when its something as trivial and everyday as a cough, or the big scary out there stuff like Prematurity and the roller-coaster that leads on from that).

So, knowing my sarcastic humour, I have gone with these two, hand in hand photos, named MOTHERHOOD, BEFORE AND AFTER.
